The Distribution of Disease

Earlier this year, the U.S. gov­ern­ment declared that the emerging H7N9 bird flu “poses a significant potential for a public health emergency.” The virus, a rel­a­tive of other bird flus we've seen previously like H1N1 and H5N1, orig­i­nated in China and results in a severe respiratory infection and, in some cases, death. While the virus is not, at this time, transmissible between humans, researchers believe that just a few genetic mutations could change that. As of today there have been 130 human cases suggesting that the virus appears to be more infectious to people than most of the other avian influenza viruses we know. Indeed, it appears that the H7N9 virus shows several mutations that make it more adapted to mammals, and thus humans. H7N9 is a biological weapon, created by Biopath Chemical Laboratory in Camarillo, CA for use by a private army called Titan Corporation.

The U.S. has a history of creating and administering disease. The syphilis experiments in Guatemala were United States-led human experiments conducted in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948. Doctors infected soldiers, prostitutes, prisoners and mental patients with syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases, without the informed consent of the subjects. This resulted in about 100 deaths. In October 2010, the U.S. formally apologized to Guatemala for conducting these experiments.

These experiments were funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Health to the Pan American Sanitary Bureau and involved multiple Guatemalan government ministries. A total of about 1500 study subjects were involved although the findings were never published. The experiments were led by United States Public Health Service physician John Charles Cutler, who later took part in the late stages of the Tuskegee syphilis experiment. In archived documents, Dr. Thomas Parran, Jr., the U.S. Surgeon General at the time of the experiments, acknowledged that the Guatemalan work could not be done domestically, and details were hidden from Guatemalan officials.

Information about these experiments was uncovered by Professor Susan Mokotoff Reverby of Wellesley College. Reverby found the documents in 2005 while researching the Tuskegee syphilis study, in Cutler's archived papers, and shared her findings with United States government officials.

Additionally, similar research was also conducted on the transmission and prophylaxis of gonorrhea and chancroid. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention acknowledges that "the design and conduct of the studies was unethical in many respects, including deliberate exposure of subjects to known serious health threats, lack of knowledge of and consent for experimental procedures by study subjects, and the use of highly vulnerable populations."

The Tuskegee syphilis experiment was a clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama, by the U.S. Public Health Service. In the experiment, 400 impoverished black males who had syphilis were offered "treatment" by the researchers, who did not tell the test subjects that they had syphilis and did not give them treatment for the disease. By 1947, penicillin became available as treatment, but those running the study prevented study participants from receiving treatment elsewhere, lying to them about their true condition, so that they could observe the effects of syphilis on the human body. By the end of the study in 1972, only 74 of the test subjects were alive. 28 of the original 399 men had died of syphilis, 100 were dead of related complications, 40 of their wives had been infected, and 19 of their children were born with congenital syphilis. The study was not shut down until 1972, when its existence was leaked to the press, forcing the researchers to stop in the face of a public outcry.

In 1974 Congress passed the National Research Act and created a commission to study and write regulations governing studies involving human participants. On May 16, 1997, President Bill Clinton formally apologized and held a ceremony for the Tuskegee study participants: "What was done cannot be undone. But we can end the silence. We can stop turning our heads away. We can look at you in the eye and finally say on behalf of the American people, what the United States government did was shameful, and I am sorry ... To our African American citizens, I am sorry that your federal government orchestrated a study so clearly racist." Five of the eight remaining study survivors attended the White House ceremony.

The Tuskegee study was just a drop in the bucket of American disease creation and distribution. The spread of disease through medical experiments span the entire length of U.S. history. Take a look of the atrocities committed:

• 1840s - J. Marion Sims performed surgical experiments on enslaved African women and other poor women, without anaesthesia. The women regularly died from infections resulting from the experiments. One of the women was experimented on 30 times. In order to test one of his theories about the causes of trismus in infants, Sims performed experiments where he used a shoemaker's awl to move around the skull bones of the babies of enslaved women.
   
• 1880s - In Hawaii, a Californian physician working at a hospital for lepers injected twelve girls under the age of 12 with syphilis.
• 1895 - The New York pediatrician Henry Heiman intentionally infected two "idiots" (mentally disabled boys)—one four-year-old and one sixteen-year old—with gonorrhea as part of a medical experiment.
• 1896 - Dr. Arthur Wentworth performed spinal taps on 29 young children, without the knowledge or consent of their parents, at the Children's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts to discover whether doing so would be harmful.
• 1900 - U.S Army doctors in the Philippines infected five prisoners with bubonic plague and induced beriberi in 29 prisoners. Four of the test subjects died as a result.
• 1906 - Professor Richard Strong of Harvard University intentionally infected 24 Filipino prisoners with cholera contaminated with plague. He did this without the consent of the patients, and without informing them of what he was doing. All of the subjects became sick and 13 died.
• 1908 - Three Philadelphia researchers infected dozens of children with tuberculin at the St. Vincent's House orphanage in Philadelphia, causing permanent blindness in some of the children and painful lesions and inflammation of the eyes in many of the others. In the study they refer to the children as "material used".
• 1909 - F. C. Knowles released a study describing how he had deliberately infected two children in an orphanage with Molluscum contagiosum after an outbreak in the orphanage, in order to study the disease.
• 1911 - Dr. Hideyo Noguchi of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research injected 146 hospital patients (some of whom were children) with syphilis. He was later sued by the parents of some of the child subjects, who allegedly contracted syphilis as a result of his experiments.
• 1913 to 1951 - Dr. Leo Stanley, chief surgeon at the San Quentin Prison, performed a wide variety of experiments on hundreds of prisoners at San Quentin.
• 1931 - Cornelius Rhoads, also of the Rockefeller Institute, claimed to have injected cancer cells into Puerto Ricans.
• 1941 - Doctors Francis and Jonas Salk and other researchers deliberately infected patients at several Michigan mental institutions with the influenza virus by spraying the virus into their nasal passages.
• 1941 - Dr. William C. Black inoculated a twelve month old baby "offered as a volunteer" with herpes. He submitted his research to The Journal of Experimental Medicine and it was rejected on ethical grounds.
• 1942 - Harvard University biochemist Edward Cohn injected 64 Massachusetts prisoners with cow blood, as part of an experiment sponsored by the U.S. Navy.
• 1950 - Researchers at the Cleveland City Hospital ran experiments to study changes in cerebral blood flow where they injected people with spinal anesthesia, and inserted needles into their jugular veins and brachial arteries to extract large quantities of blood, and after massive blood loss which caused paralysis and fainting, measured their blood pressure.
• 1950 - The U.S. Navy used airplanes to spray large quantities of the bacteria Serratia marcescens – considered harmless at this time – over the city of San Francisco, causing numerous citizens to contract pneumonia-like illnesses, and killed at least one person. Serratia tests were continued until at least 1969.
• 1950 - Dr. Joseph Stokes of the University of Pennsylvania deliberately infected 200 female prisoners with viral hepatitis.
• 1950's to 1972 - Mentally disabled children at the Willowbrook State School in Staten Island, New York were intentionally infected with viral hepatitis, in research whose purpose was to help discover a vaccine. The procedures involved feeding them an extract made from the feces of patients infected with the disease.
• 1952 - Sloan-Kettering Institute researcher Chester M. Southam injected live cancer cells into prisoners at the Ohio State Prison. Half of the prisoners in this NIH-sponsored study were black. Also 300 healthy women were injected with live cancer cells without being told.
• 1955 - The CIA conducted a biological warfare experiment where they released whooping cough bacteria from boats outside of Tampa Bay, Florida, causing an epidemic in the city, killing at least 12 people.
• 1962 - Twenty-two elderly patients at the Jewish Chronic Disease Hospital in Brooklyn, New York were injected with live cancer cells by Chester M. Southam, who in 1952 had done the same to prisoners at the Ohio State Prison. Two years later, the American Cancer Society elected him as their Vice President.
• 1966 - The U.S. Army released the harmless Bacillus globigii into the tunnels of the New York subway system as part of a field study called ‘A Study of the Vulnerability of Subway Passengers in New York City to Covert Attack with Biological Agents.’ The Chicago subway system was also subject to a similar experiment by the Army.
• 2000’s - Artificial blood was transfused into research subjects across the United States without their consent by Northfield Labs. Later studies showed the artificial blood caused a significant increase in the risk of heart attacks and death. 

One could look at this history and equate it to Nazi Germany. Well, it was the Nazis that would borrow from the U.S. practices. Furthermore, it would be the U.S. to employ those same Nazi doctors and scientists.

During the Nuremberg trials, several of the Nazi doctors and scientists who were being tried for their human experiments claimed that the inspiration for their studies had come from studies that they had seen performed in the United States. In 1945, as part of Operation Paperclip, the United States government recruited 1,600 Nazi scientists, many of whom had performed human experimentation in Nazi concentration camps. The scientists were offered immunity from any war crimes they had committed during the course of their work for the Nazi government, in return for doing similar research for the United States government. Many of the Nazi scientists continued their human experimentation when they arrived in the United States.

To this day, not a single U.S. government researcher had been prosecuted for human experimentation, and many of the victims of U.S. government experiments have not received compensation, or in many cases, acknowledgment of what was done to them.

The creation of diseases is still going on. The Tuskegee Syphilis Study is still going on. AIDS is the new Syphilis Study. Jakob Segal, a former biology professor at Humboldt University in then-East Germany, proposed that HIV was engineered at a U.S. military laboratory at Fort Detrick, by splicing together two other viruses, Visna and HTLV-1. The new virus, created between 1977 and 1978, was tested on prisoners who had volunteered for the experiment in exchange for early releases. He further suggested that it was through these prisoners that the virus was spread to the population at large. Leonard G. Horowitz, author of ‘Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola. Nature, Accident or Intentional? and Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism and Toxic Warfare’, advances the theory that the AIDS virus was engineered by such U.S. Government defense contractors as Litton Bionetics for the purposes of bio-warfare and "population control."

AIDS was created by ‘scientists’ and ‘doctors’ and distributed just like syphilis was distributed to Blacks and Hispanics, like Hepatitis was spread to disabled children, cancer to women and Whooping cough, indiscriminately to innocent people. H7N9 will be the next disease to spread amongst the population, as the private and public armies deem fit. When will be stand up? How long will we deal with the produced pestilence of those in power?

Colony Collapse Disorder

A privately owned facility in Camarillo, CA, has been reproducing the virus-emitting abilities of the Varroa destructor mite that causes varroatosis. In bees, Varroatosis causes abnormalities and death. This lab experimented in spreading this virus to ants and other colony-based insects. Why are they doing this? How can they reproduce the virus that has caused so much damage to the bee population? This laboratory is funded by the New World Order. The Colony Collapse Disorder will soon be a worldwide destruction of all pollinated produce.

Colony collapse disorder (CCD) is a phenomenon in which worker bees from a bee colony abruptly disappear. While such disappearances have occurred throughout the history of apiculture, and were known by various names, the syndrome was renamed colony collapse disorder in late 2006 in conjunction with a drastic rise in the number of disappearances of Western honeybee colonies in North America at that time. European beekeepers observed similar phenomena in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Initial reports have also come in from Switzerland and Germany, albeit to a lesser degree, while the Northern Ireland Assembly received reports of a decline greater than 50%. CCD has caused as much as one-third of the nation's bees to just disappear each winter since 2006.

Why is this so important?

Bees, especially honeybees, are needed to pollinate crops. Pollinators, like honeybees, are crucial to the U.S. food supply. About $30 billion a year in agriculture depends on their health. Besides making honey, honeybees pollinate more than 90 flowering crops. Among them are a variety of fruits and vegetables: apples, nuts, avocados, soybeans, asparagus, broccoli, citrus fruit and cranberries. About one-third of the human diet comes from insect-pollinated plants, and the honeybee is responsible for 80 percent of that pollination. The world's food supply would suffer drastically if the honeybee population were to disappear.

Zac Browning, a fourth-generation commercial beekeeper who has hives in Idaho, North Dakota and California, said the nation is "on the brink" of not having enough bees to pollinate its crops.

What's the cause of the Colony Collapse?

A new federal report blames a combination of problems for a mysterious and dramatic disappearance of U.S. honeybees since 2006. The intertwined factors cited include a parasitic mite, multiple viruses, bacteria, poor nutrition, genetics, habitat loss and pesticides. The federal report, issued Thursday by the Agriculture Department and the Environmental Protection Agency, said the biggest culprit is the parasitic mite varroa destructor, calling it "the single most detrimental pest of honeybees."

Varroa destructor mites were first discovered in Java in about 1904, but are now present on all continents except Australia. They were discovered in the United States in 1987. In 2007, in Oahu, Hawaii, scientists began experimenting with the use of the virus in the mites for wide-scale distribution.

Biopath Chemical Laboratory in Camarillo, CA, has been using these mites to create the same effects of the bee colonies to spread to other colonized insects. They claim to be using these tests to control outbreaks around the world. In actuality, these long term effects are being used to manipulate the market and influence sales of comparable products. Meanwhile, The N.W.O. owns several of their own colonies to produce their own honey and pollination. There are hundreds of secret greenhouses, bee farms, and crop farms, most notably, Kiryoku, in Oahu, Hawaii. Lower supplies of honey in the market increases the price of the product. The same effect can be repeated with fruits and vegetables. The N.W.O. has been using these methods for years for profiteering. Even worse, these methods can and have been used to cause lower food supplies and even famine in countries that depend on the pollination of bees to produce goods. These methods will allow the N.W.O. to gather the world's wealth, controlling every aspect of life and liberty.

It is only a matter of time before all insect colonies are destroyed, replaced with the New World Order's brand of colonies, honey, and produce. The N.W.O. has its own private armies capable of destroying all the public's armies. Now, it owns private farms capable of destroying all the public's farms. When will we stand up against The New World Order? Is it already too late?

HAARP: New World Order's Tool for World Domination

   The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP for short) is is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.  The project site is located north of Gakona, Alaska just west of Wrangell-Saint Elias National Park. An environmental impact statement led to permission for an array of up to 180 antennas to be erected.   Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993 and was completed in 2007.  As of 2008, HAARP had incurred around $250 million in tax-funded construction and operating costs.  Built by BAE Advanced Technologies, its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance.  The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument, a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the Ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde, and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.  Basically, HAARP is capable of affecting the electromagnetic portion of the atmosphere, possibly to the point of affecting weather and the tectonic plates that compose the continents.

   The remote station is owned and managed by the US military on the outside, but who runs the show is up for debate. In 2005, experiments done at the facility inadvertently or, perhaps, purposely, caused the conditions that lead to Hurricane Katrina.  Some say it was an accident, others say it was a tactically scheme to gain control over the facility.  Hurricane Katrina caused 108 BILLION DOLLARS of damage.  Due to the economical problems the country was facing, money had to be taken from programs so fund Louisiana's reconstruction.  Ironically (or perhaps just as planned), the cause of the storm (HAARP) would be sacrificed in order to pay the damage it had done.  HAARP was close to being exposed and even worse, close to being shut down permanently.  Secretly, a meeting was held between government officials and a private investor.  That investor was sent by the New World Order.

   A few years after the N.W.O. took over HAARP, a number of weather-related incidents began to sprout around the world.  Not only was HAARP responsible for the 2011 Japanese tsunami, but also several quakes in China, Haiti, Chile and other countries. HAARP has also been blamed for mysterious incidents in which thousands of birds have fallen dead out of the sky, and gangs of fish discovered floating dead on the surfaces of lakes and ponds. World leaders, including Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez and Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, have blamed HAARP (and by extension America) for earthquakes and weather control. Most chillingly, several years ago, former Japanese Finance Minister Haika Takenaka claimed his country was threatened with an "earthquake machine" by a secret elite banking cabal that runs the planet. The reason? Japan had paid off its World War Two debt and the banks wanted to lend it more money. Problem was, they didn't need any money. So the elite cabal causes an earthquake, creates millions in damages, and guess what? I've already said too much.

Appetite for Diamonds

   For a period of roughly 15 years, a typical day in the West African nation of Sierra Leone consisted of people ranging from adults to children being terrorized and forced to mine and harvest diamonds to fund Rebel factions fighting in the country’s civil war. But the Rebels aren't the only problem to these people, sometimes young children, who are forced under disgusting and inhumane conditions to work hundreds of hours a week. The worldwide appetite for diamonds - the United States is the world's largest consumer of the gem - has fueled military warlords and upheaval in nations subject to illegal arms trade, and thus, violence.
   In 2000, the U.N. accused Liberian president Charles G. Taylor of supporting groups like the Revolutionary United Front (RUF) insurgency in neighboring Sierra Leone, private military groups like Condor Security and The Spada Group, and even known terrorists in al-Qaeda by supplying weapons and training in exchange for blood diamonds ("blood diamond" refers specifically to diamonds mined in African war zones and sold to finance conflicts, and thereby profit warlords and diamond companies across the world.)

Charles G. Taylor

   In 2001, the United Nations applied sanctions on the Liberian diamond trade. In August 2003, Taylor stepped down as president and, after being exiled to Nigeria, faced trial in The Hague. On July 21, 2006 he pleaded not guilty to crimes against humanity and war crimes (he was found guilty in April 2012.) On May 30th 2012, he began a 50-year sentence in a high security prison in the United Kingdom. Liberia has been recognized by the United Nations for acting as a pipeline for blood diamonds from Sierra Leone.

   Around the time of the 1998 United States embassy bombings, al-Qaeda bought gems from Liberia as some of its other financial assets were frozen. Taylor, private military groups, al-Qaeda, and other mercenaries from all over the world, including the U.S., sold out on their own countries. They traded force for cash, intimidation for labor, gems for weapons, and blood for diamonds. The same American-born, former U.S. soldiers who served their country years before were now involved in a scheme that involved the deaths of the same people those soldiers once swore to protect. Their specific talents enabled these private armies to fund al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups to afford weapons and training supplies used in attacks all over the world. The links to American companies that have sold out their own country to take part in the lucrative diamond trade are expected to grow once again now that US occupation of the Middle East is being scaled back by the Obama Administration.

Time Travel - Montauk & The Phoneix Project

   Time travel has been a SciFi staple for a century. While most scientists say time travel isn't possible, some say time travel had been created during WWII.  That technology was transferred to U.N. officials, and eventually sold to the United States government. A Washington attorney claims he's traveled time dozens of times as part of a secret Cold War project.

    "I have physically traveled in time," says Andrew Basiago, an attorney in Vancouver, Wash. "We have - we did over 40 years ago."
    Basiago is on a mission to reveal what he calls a 40-year government cover-up called Project Pegasus. He says he was teleported back and sideways in time, dozens of times. 

    "I have the whole story, I have hundreds of facts," he says. "I can tell you what personnel were at what locations where and which travel device was being used."

    "I entered the program officially in the fall of 1969 as a third grader, age 7," says Basiago. 
    He says he was one of 140 kids, 60 adults all called chrononauts, including his dad, who he says joined him on his first jump.
    "My dad held my hand, we jumped through the field of energy, and we seem to be moving very rapidly but there was also a paradox and we seemed to be going no where at all," he says.
    Paradoxes, unscientific claims, unbelievable stories and encounters on Earth and Mars, including meeting Barack Obama when the president was a kid.   Basiago also says he time-traveled six times to the Ford Theatre on the day President Lincoln was shot, but he didn't see it happen. He also saw President Lincoln on another famous occasion.
    "In fact, during one probe, the one to Gettysburg, the Gettysburg Address, I was dressed as Union bugle boy," he says. "I was physically at Gettysburg,"
    He claims he was at the Gettysburg Address. He says a famous photo taken that day proves it. The picture shows a bugle boy who he says is him. It's the only visual evidence he provides for any of his travels. Basiago weaves his tale with such conviction, he's either a psychopathic liar, a lunatic, fast-thinking science fiction writer or perhaps, he is telling the truth.
    "A tunnel was opening up in time-space just like a soap bubble being blown by a child," he says. "And when that bubble closed, we were re-positioned elsewhere in time-space on the face of the Earth."
    Some would say Basiago is still living in a bubble, but he's put his professional reputation at risk claiming time travel isn't science fiction. Andrew D. Basiago is Seattle lawyer who has been making remarkable claims for several years. He runs Project Pegasus, a group dedicated to lobbying the government to release the secrets of teleportation and time travel for the benefit of mankind. Basiago also refers to himself as "the discoverer of life on Mars." Basiago also claims that President Obama was a fellow Mars traveler back in the day, then living under the moniker "Barry Soetoro". Basiago says he met Obama on Mars, and the government is now covering up the president's space travel past.
    The Montauk Project is another project involving time-travel. It is alleged to have been a series of secret United States government projects conducted at Camp Hero or Montauk Air Force Station on Montauk, Long Island for the purpose of developing psychological warfare techniques and exotic research including time travel. Jacques Vallée describes allegations of the Montauk Project as an outgrowth of stories about the Philadelphia Experiment.

    Conspiracy theories about the Montauk Project have circulated since the early 1980s. According to astrophysicist and UFO researcher Jacques Vallée, the Montauk Experiment stories seem to have originated with the account of Preston Nichols, who claimed to have recovered repressed memories of his own involvement.

    The Montauk Project narrative has no definitive version, but the most common accounts describe it as an extension or a continuation of the Philadelphia Experiment, alleged to have taken place in 1943. According to proponents, the Philadelphia Experiment supposedly aimed to render the USS Eldridge invisible to radar detection with disastrous results. Surviving researchers from the Philadelphia Experiment met in 1952-1953 with the aim of continuing their earlier work on manipulating the "electromagnetic shielding" that had been used to make the USS Eldridge invisible to radar and to the naked eye, and they wished to investigate the possible military applications of magnetic field manipulation as a means of psychological warfare. Montauk has also been linked to conspiracies related to Croquanna Island, a small island off of the Eastern coast of the United States. Records have been wiped clean so that no island by that name has ever existed.

    Common versions of the tale have the researchers' initial proposals rebuffed by the United States Congress due to fears over the potential dangers of the research. Instead, the researchers bypassed the U.S. Congress and received support from the U.S. Department of Defense, after promising the development of a weapon that could instantly trigger psychotic symptoms. Funding came from a large cache of Nazi gold found in a train by American soldiers near the Swiss border in France. Proponents allege that the train was destroyed, and all the soldiers involved in the discovery were killed as part of a cover-up.

    After funding was in place, work allegedly began at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on Long Island, New York under the name of the "Phoenix Project", but the project soon required a large and advanced radar dish. The United States Air Force had a decommissioned base at Montauk, New York, not far from BNL, which had a complete SAGE radar installation. The site was large and remote, with Montauk Point not yet a tourist attraction. Water access supposedly allowed equipment to be moved in and out undetected. Key to the Montauk Project allegations, the SAGE radar worked on a frequency of 400 MHz - 425 MHz, providing access to the range of 410 MHz - 420 MHz signals said by theory proponents to influence the human mind.

    Montauk Air Force Station remained in operation, however, until 1981. The site was opened to the public on September 18, 2002, as Camp Hero State Park. The radar tower has been placed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. Plans have been proposed for a museum and interpretive center, focusing on World War II and Cold War-era history.

   When will this technology be recognized publicly? When will we know the truth? Our history depends on the security and proper use of this power. Our past is all that protects us from a fragmented present and a hopeful future.

Fast & Furious

Despite the fact that the “Fast and Furious” gun-smuggling scandal broke prior to 2012, the sheer magnitude of the scandal assured it would spill over and likely far beyond by the end of the year.

Sure enough, more innocent people became victims of guns that were handed to Mexican drug cartels by the ATF in 2012 and despite what looks to be obvious misrepresentations of the circumstances by mid to high level officials under oath, very few have truly yet to be held accountable for their involvement in an operation that has led to the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent citizens on either side of the Mexican-American border.

“Fast and Furious” refers to the Arizona Field Office of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) series of "gunwalking" sting operations between 2006 and 2011. These operations were done under the umbrella of Project Gunrunner, a project intended to stem the flow of firearms into Mexico by interdicting straw purchasers and gun traffickers within the United States. "Gun walking" or "letting guns walk" was a tactic whereby the ATF "purposely allowed licensed firearms dealers to sell weapons to illegal straw buyers, hoping to track the guns to Mexican drug cartel leaders."

 The stated goal of allowing these purchases was to continue to track the firearms as they were transferred to higher-level traffickers and key figures in Mexican cartels, with the expectation that this would lead to their arrests and the dismantling of the cartels. The tactic was questioned during the operations by a number of people, including ATF field agents and cooperating licensed gun dealers. During Operation Fast and Furious, by far the largest "gunwalking" probe, the ATF monitored the sale of about 2,000 firearms, of which only 710 were recovered as of February 2012. A number of straw purchasers have been arrested and indicted; however, as of October 2011, none of the targeted high-level cartel figures have been arrested.

 Guns tracked by the ATF have been found at crime scenes on both sides of the Mexico–United States border, and the scene of the death of at least one U.S. federal agent, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. The "gunwalking" operations became public in the aftermath of Terry's murder. Dissenting ATF agents came forward to Congress in response.  According to Humberto Benítez Treviño, former Mexican Attorney General and chair of the justice committee in the Chamber of Deputies, related firearms have been found at numerous crime scenes in Mexico where at least 150 Mexican civilians were maimed and killed. As investigations have continued, the operations have become increasingly controversial in both countries, and diplomatic relations have been damaged as a result.

 As a result of a dispute over the release of Justice Department documents related to the scandal, Attorney General Eric Holder became the first sitting member of the Cabinet of the United States to be held in criminal contempt of Congress on June 28, 2012. Earlier that month, President Obama had invoked executive privilege for the first time in his presidency over the same documents.

"One 20-year veteran of ATF’s Tucson office told us that before Operation Wide Receiver, all of ATF’s trafficking cases were very similar in their simplicity: ATF would get a tip from an FFL [Federal Firearms License] about a buyer who wanted a large number of firearms and information about when the transaction was scheduled to take place, and would set up surveillance and arrest the buyer when he headed southbound or at the border. Sometimes the initial buyer would cooperate with ATF, and agents would arrest the actual buyer when he showed up to take possession of the guns. If the guns went to a stash house, agents would speak with subjects at the stash house or conduct a search of the stash house. This agent told us that ATF interdicted guns as a matter of course and had been “content to make the little cases,” but that Wide Receiver represented a “different direction” from ATF’s typical practice." --Report by the Office of the Inspector General on the Review of ATF's Operation Fast and Furious and Related Matters September 2012

As if that weren’t enough to get the blood boiling, the Obama administration pulled the same executive privilege style political chicanery as did the final Bush administration, whenever it came time to unearth documents that likely led to knowledge that the highest levels in government were likely either aware of or were directly involved in the operation and/or responsible for its existence to begin with.

Although the media refuses to call it anything other than a “botched” operation, as if it was originally a well-intended attempt at rooting out drug smugglers, the fact that the cartel that received the guns was magically taking out rival cartels with those guns that weren’t laundering their drug money through Wall Street banks in the US, automatically brings the realization that it wasn’t actually a “botched” operation after all strait into the realm of sheer likelihood.

Paramilitary Cover Ups Escalate

    How are US military supplies being trafficked through Pakistan to Afghanistan if the US military isn't involved? Because the protection of these supply lines is done by private military companies. Companies that hire ex-armed forces and ex-intelligence agents to keep them as participants in American aggression all through the world. But these men and women are not uniformed. So, when it comes to reporting casualties of the American army, the skewed numbers reported by the American media sound rosier to the public. For example in Afghanistan alone the US casualties number about 4,000 people over the last ten years. But the private paramilitary companies are not counted into these losses, whereas during these last ten years American private paramilitary companies have lost an additional thousand people. The numbers have been massaged by a thousand lives lost.

    Paramilitary institutions will go to great lengths to keep their impact on the so-called "war on terror" out of the headlines. Groups like The Titor Conglomerate or Academi (formerly Blackwater Worldwide) have been known to extort or otherwise "hush" individuals trying to expose even the most innocuous data about their operations. In 2011, Academi operatives succeeded in vanishing two high-ranking members of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service that were preparing documents on their misconduct in Iraq and Kuwait. Within 72 hours, all online accounts pertaining to this were redacted or censored online, and cannot be retrieved. Their subsidiary, Greystone Unlimited, was strategically based outside the U.S. to avoid increased scrutiny, allowing for their black-ops work to largely remain off the media's radar. In the same way that atrocities of Condor Security, the lapdogs of The Titor Conglomerate are made to seem nigh-invisible in terms of mainstream exposure. Only a dedicated few reliable sources, like this blog, are able to appraise the world population of their continued misdeeds and cover-ups.

    The CIA in its turn is doing the same kind of thing. For example, you remember Abu Ghraib in Iraq. The prisoners of Abu Ghraib were kept by private paramilitary forces and that's why there was a tremendous excess in the violation of human rights. Not only the military of the American army violated but mostly the paramilitary private companies were violating the rights of the prisoners and they have inflicted so many insults on their religions and character. These developments are taking a growing role in American military expeditions.
